Return is possible within 14 days after receipt (for goods of good quality).
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one if the purchased product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.
Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, if a longer period for the exchange or return of goods has not been announced by the seller. Exchange or return of goods is made if:
- the product has not been used;
- the product was not assembled;
- its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved;
- the settlement document issued by the seller together with the goods is saved;
- box intact.
The return is void if there are indications that the part has already been installed (a screw has been inserted, a hole has been cut, etc.).
If at the time of exchange or return the desired product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to terminate the sales contract and return the product and receive a refund.
In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return) has been approved.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned include:
1. Sanitary items.
2. Corset goods.
3. Gloves.
4. Goods in aerosol packaging.
5. Products for newborns (diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, etc.).
The list of goods not subject to exchange or return is exhaustive.
Return conditions
The company carries out the return and exchange of goods in accordance with the needs of the law. Return delivery of goods, provided that the goods correspond to the declared quality, is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Free delivery from 10 000 UAH implies that the sender pays for the delivery (MED1). When returning the goods from the client within 14 days after the purchase (provided that the goods correspond to the declared quality), amount of delivery is deducted from the cost of the goods.
