The multifunctional device DKVH-300 is recommended for use in a wide range of surgical interventions. Convenient control of the device is implemented thanks to a multiprocessor circuit with a self-control function and a frequency synthesizer. Separate adjustment of power and coagulation level allows you to adjust the device to any requirements of the surgeon.

The device provides electrosurgical interventions in mono and bipolar modes. The difference between mono- and bipolar coagulation lies in the fact that with monopolar coagulation the current passes through a much larger volume of the patient's tissues, with bipolar coagulation the current passes through the tissues enclosed between the two branches of the bipolar instrument. However, since the coagulation effect is observed where the current density is higher, then the influence is concentrated in the first case after the expiration of the monopolar electrode (instrument), and in the second - between and around the Branches of the bipolar instrument.

The principle of operation is based on the interaction of high-frequency current on the electrode with soft tissues. The patient circuit is capacitively coupled to the generator, which transmits the energy of high-frequency vibrations to the electrode through the cable.

Features of the device DKHV-300:

  • Eight functional memory buttons allow you to save the device settings and, if necessary, quickly and conveniently restore them.
  • The control of monopolar modes is carried out both with the help of pedals and with the help of control buttons on the handle of the instrument.
  • The system can control the absence of contact of the neutral electrode with the patient.
  • Additionally, an output for controlling smoke exhaust devices can be installed (a separate option at the request of the customer).

The device has 9 operating modes:

  • Monopolar mode - soft thin cutting without coagulation.
  • Monopolar mode Rigid cutting without coagulation, wider incision.
  • Monopolar mode - hard cutting with high current for application on fabrics with high resistance.
  • Monopolar mode - soft thin cutting with coagulation, the level of coagulation is regulated separately.
  • Monopolar mode - deep coagulation (a separate output for coagulation can be used together with the main instrument).
  • Monopolar mode - superficial argon-free "spray" coagulation with high current.
  • Bipolar mode - non-sparking soft coagulation
  • Bipolar mode - deep coagulation (high current)
  • Bipolar mode - cutting (high current)
