Cabinets ShMB 30-E, ShMB 15-E, ShMB 30-Ek are installed in endoscopy rooms.
Medical cabinets are designed for aseptic storage of flexible disinfected or sterilized endoscopic equipment and instruments under conditions that exclude secondary contamination by microorganisms. The bactericidal lamp is covered by a screen, thus the radiation does not have a destructive effect on expensive endoscopic equipment.
The cabinet is structurally a frame consisting of aluminum profiles on which panels made of composite material are fixed.
Special glass does not transmit bactericidal radiation, cabinets are also equipped with automatic shutdown of bactericidal lamps when the door is opened or the box is pulled out, in order to exclude the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation on the eyes.
The kit includes 4 lodgments for placing endoscopes and 6 hooks for hanging the instrument.
A stainless steel tray is installed below to collect the disinfectant.
The electrical circuit includes a control unit with a ballast device, which provides a smooth start of the bactericidal lamp to extend its service life.
The indicator-control device performs the following functions: counting the operating hours of the bactericidal lamp, indicating the operating modes of the cabinet, automatically turning off the bactericidal lamp and turning on the halogen lamp for illumination when the doors are opened.
The legs are adjustable in height 155-175 mm.
Attention!
1. After the first boot, the door is not opened for 30 minutes.
2. To save energy resources and additional protection of endoscopic equipment, cabinets for maintaining the sterility of endoscopes operate in the following mode: 30 minutes of work, 2 hours of break.
3. Thanks to the economical operating mode of the cabinet, the germicidal lamp lasts about 5 years.
