Medical cabinets ShMB 30 are designed to maintain the sterility of a large number of medical instruments and materials (except plastic ones), and are widely used in operating rooms, dressing rooms, examination rooms, etc.
Sterility is maintained through the use of special Philips or Osram bactericidal ozone-free lamps, the ultraviolet radiation of which sterilizes the air in which the instruments are located and ensures their aseptic storage in conditions that exclude secondary contamination by microorganisms. The service life of germicidal lamps is 9,000 hours.
Time-tested sterility support technology can significantly save energy, disinfectants and staff time.
Cabinet ShMB 30 is designed for long-term (maximum within 7 days) storage of medical instruments and materials that have previously undergone proper sterilization. To ensure sterility is maintained, the cabinet must operate 24 hours a day.
Structurally, the cabinet is a frame made of aluminum profiles, on which metal-composite panels are fixed. Polymer-powder coating of metal surfaces protects the product from corrosion, allows surface treatment with disinfectants, and also provides an aesthetic appearance. The table top of the cabinet, in terms of its overall dimensions and structural strength, allows you to install an autoclave or other medical equipment weighing up to 50 kg on top.
The cabinet has two UV boxes with light-scattering properties to improve the disinfecting effect, with a retractable cargo system. Each section of the UV boxes has 3 shelves, the sections are hermetically sealed, reliably preventing germs from entering the sterile area.
Special tinted glass and metal composite on the front of the UV boxes prevent harmful UV radiation from reaching the eyes of medical personnel. The cabinet is equipped with an automatic shutdown of the bactericidal lamp when the UV box is extended, and is installed on height-adjustable legs.
Attention !
1. Packaged sterilized instruments are contraindicated for storage in cabinets of this type.
2. After the first boot, the door is not opened for 30 minutes.
3. If the removal of products exceeds 5 minutes, then the next withdrawal is carried out no earlier than 30 minutes later.
4. Complete re-sterilization must be carried out every 7 days.
