Medical cabinets ShMB 8-2 are designed to maintain the sterility of medical instruments and materials, and are widely used in operating rooms, dressing rooms, examination rooms, etc.
Sterility is maintained through the use of special Philips or Osram bactericidal ozone-free lamps, the ultraviolet radiation of which sterilizes the air in which the instruments are located and ensures their aseptic storage in conditions that exclude secondary contamination by microorganisms. The service life of germicidal lamps is 9,000 hours.
Time-tested sterility support technology can significantly save energy, disinfectants and staff time.
Structurally, the cabinet is a frame made of aluminum profiles, on which metal-composite panels are fixed. Polymer-powder coating of metal surfaces protects the product from corrosion, allows surface treatment with disinfectants, and also provides an aesthetic appearance. The table top in its dimensions and strength allows you to place medical equipment weighing up to 50 kg.
The cabinet is a UV box with a cargo system for 3 shelves to maintain the sterility of instruments and materials that have previously undergone proper sterilization.
The upper part of the UV box is made of a special tinted glass that prevents harmful UV radiation from entering the eyes of medical personnel, the lower part is made of a metal composite.
The cabinet is equipped with a system for automatically switching off the bactericidal lamp when the UV box is opened, and is installed on height-adjustable legs.
Attention !
1. It is contraindicated to store packaged sterilized instruments in cabinets of this type.
2. After the first boot, the door is not opened for 30 minutes.
3. If the removal of products exceeds 5 minutes, then the next withdrawal is carried out no earlier than 30 minutes later.
4. Complete re-sterilization must be carried out every 7 days.
