Horizon medical trolley with height adjustment electric drive for transporting patients

Medical gurney TPBr OMEGA Horizon electro for transporting patients with an electric drive of the height adjustment mechanism and the ability to regulate the position of the main section using a pneumatic system.

Designed for transporting patients indoors: operating rooms, X-ray and treatment rooms and wards.

The basis of the gurney is a frame made of cold-rolled steel with a powder-polymer coating. The movable platform with a bed fixed on it has the ability to change height in the range of 550-840 mm. The lifting height is changed by a servo drive, powered by a battery. The battery, which has a capacity of about 60 height adjustments, is very reliable. The height adjustment mechanism is controlled from the control panel located in the foot part of the bed. It also contains a battery charge level indicator.

The stock is made of impact-resistant plastic, resistant to disinfectants and detergents and is divided into two sections. The angle of inclination of the main section is adjusted steplessly using a gas spring in the range of 0-70°, with fixation in the desired position. The transport handles are located in the corners of the stock and have a smooth shape.

The gurney is equipped with a removable mattress made of durable, strong Oxford 600 material, which can be easily treated with all types of disinfectants. In the femoral and chest parts, the bed is equipped with straps to secure the patient with reliable locks and protection against spontaneous disconnection.

The side rails are made of ABS plastic; when lowered, they are retracted under the bed and do not protrude beyond the size of the gurney, which allows you to get as close as possible to the hospital bed. In the working position, the side fences are securely fixed by hydraulic springs.

The wheelchair is installed on four double caster wheels with a diameter of 125 mm with a central control system. The operating mode is selected using a pedal located in the soft part of the frame. It is possible to simultaneously lock the turn and rotation of all four wheels, a free rotation mode for all wheels and a mode for locking the front wheels from turning.

The gurney is equipped with a removable infusion stand, which, when not in use, is placed in a pencil case under the bed. The mounting brackets are folding racks, which allows you to hide unused ones under the stock.
