The 747XP MDF Acoustica stethoscope, with a double head, is designed to listen to heart and lung sounds in patients. In the 747XP Acoustica, the head is made of brass, it transmits all sounds with high quality, and the retaining ring isolates the ingress of external noise. The Y-shaped PVC tube in connection with the metal ear tubes and olives creates excellent acoustics and long-term comfort in daily use of the instrument.
The double acoustic head with a rotating valve stem allows the head to be rotated to listen to both high and low tones necessary for making the correct medical diagnosis. The membrane is made of high-quality and sound-conducting soft material. Retaining ring diaphragm provides the most optimal amplification and high quality transmission of lung and heart sounds with frequencies from 100 to 1000 Hz.
