A set of reagents for the preparation of the "Azopyram test" for the quality of pre-sterilization cleaning of medical devices complies with TU U 24.4-20650786-006:2009. The azopyram test determines the presence of hemoglobin, plant peroxidases (plant residues), oxidizing agents (chloramine, bleach, washing powders with bleach, chromium mixture), rust (iron oxides and salts), as well as acids. The set of reagents determines the presence of blood residues on medical instruments and is based on the ability of a reagent mixture with 3% hydrogen peroxide in the presence of hemoglobin to give a purple color, which turns into pink-lilac or brown within a minute. The set of "Azopyram test" is designed for the preparation of a working solution.
