Sterilization quality control systems (indicators)
Purpose
BioIntest indicators are designed for visual control of steam sterilization variables - temperature, time, presence of saturated water vapor.
Description
Indicators are rectangular paper strips with two colored marks:
- Red-orange - indicator label
- Dark purple - element of comparison
The indicators are manufactured with a sticky layer on the back of the indicator, covered with protective paper, and supplied in sheets with perforation between the indicators.
Characteristics:
- Refer to class 4 (multivariable indicators).
- The product is registered in Ukraine
- They are placed outside / inside the sterilized products and packages.
- Clear color transition from initial red-orange to final dark purple.
- Upon contact, the components of the indicator composition do not transfer to the products and do not have any effect on them.
- The adhesive layer on the reverse side of the indicator facilitates its attachment to sterilized packages and gluing into archive documents.
- Non-toxic, do not contain lead compounds, do not emit harmful and toxic components during use and storage.
