Tracheal intubation set with laryngoscope
Used in general anesthesia, intensive care and emergency care for airway management, oral intubation and mechanical ventilation. A tube is inserted into the patient's trachea through the nose or mouth to secure the airway and allow air to enter the lungs. Set for single use.
Specifications:
- The set consists of: endotracheal tube with cuff, intubation stylet, connecting tube (connector), suction catheter, bite blocker with fixing tape, oropharyngeal airway; disposable syringe, gauze pad, cup, latex gloves, non-woven surgical cloth, laryngoscope (disposable blade with LED, without handle);
- Sterile;
- For single use;
- Individual packing.
Dimensions:
- The set is sized according to the size of the endotracheal tube: 7.5; 8.0; 9.0.
Instructions for use:
- Intubate the patient in the usual manner, remove the intubation stylet;
- Use a syringe to inflate the cuff after intubation;
- Lower the plastic retainer down the tube closer to the bite line;
- Squeeze the plastic retainer to fix;
- Position the patient's head in such a way that the plastic retainer remains on the teeth or gums.
- Place the fixing tape on the back of the head.
