Antimicrobial sorption sterile wound dressings are used for local treatment of postoperative wounds (in complex therapy). The dressings do not contain antibiotics and pharmaceuticals and provide an effective outflow of wound exudate. Due to the full drainage of the wound, the best conditions are created for the rapid rejection of dead tissues and the transition of the healing process to the regeneration phase. They can be used in clinical and polyclinic institutions, in the field and at home.

Specifications

  1. The dressing is a combined product consisting of an atraumatic mesh material (does not stick to the wound) and an antiseptic sorption layer based on cellulose acetate impregnated (impregnated) with particles of aluminum hydroxide treated with colloidal silver;
  2. The bandage is vapor- and air-permeable and provides an optimal regime of temperature and humidity in the wound;
  3. Rectangular;
  4. Shelf life 5 years from the date of manufacture;
  5. Sterile, pyrogen-free, non-toxic;
  6. Individual packing.

Dimensions:

  • 9*10cm, 10*15cm, 10*20cm, 15*20cm, 20*20cm.

Instructions for use:

  1. After visual inspection of the integrity of the package, open the package in compliance with aseptic measures;
  2. Place the bandage on the wound surface and fix with a bandage or plaster;
  3. The frequency of dressing changes depends on the individual condition of the wound;
  4. The duration of the dressing can vary from several hours to several days (maximum 6 days);
  5. The frequency of dressings is not limited and can be performed until the wound surface is completely healed;
  6. After use, the bandage should be disposed of in accordance with established standards.

Application Features:

The dressing is applied to the wound with a side with a mesh atraumatic layer. The bandage is fixed using a gauze, tubular mesh bandage or a fixing patch, or there is a variety of self-adhesive ones (read the name on the package). If necessary, the bandage can be cut with scissors along the contour and size of the wound. The first dressing is applied after the operation. The second control dressing is performed in a day. Then, depending on the condition of the wound, dressing is carried out after 3-6 days. The bandage is disposable.
