Mini-Spike Chemo is equipped with a 5 micron fine filter and a 0.2 micron antibacterial air filter, which reduce the risk of chemical, microbial and toxic contamination.
The air filter is integrated inside the housing, which greatly improves efficiency and safety. 0.2 micron air filter traps toxic aerosol generated during mixing.
The snap-on lid avoids touch contamination when working with the Luer connector.
The connection cap is soldered to the body of the device to prevent its accidental detachment and leakage of the solution when closed.

Mini-Spike Chemo V has a protective valve built into the suction channel, which prevents the solution from flowing out when taken from a suspended vial.
Mini-Spike Chemo Micro-Type is designed for small volume vials. The Mini Spike Chemo Micro-Type does not have a fine filter to minimize residual volume.
