The disposable intravenous catheter is designed for long-term (up to three days) administration of drug solutions into the patient's veins.
Purpose:
- Intravenous infusions of solutions and blood transfusions, respectively, with infusion and transfusion systems.

- The presence of a transparent chamber for the return (reverse flow) of blood provides reliable control and visualization of entry into a vein, insertion of an intravenous catheter and positioning of the needle in a vein, as well as monitoring of the ongoing infusion.
- The catheters are equipped with an additional injection port for the introduction of drugs during infusion without the need for additional puncture.
- The valve and port plug prevent contact with the patient's blood.
- The locking wings allow the catheter to be securely fastened and fixed and eliminate the possibility of unauthorized removal.
