  • Polymer catheter with a straight cut of the working end and a Luer port: using a Luer cannula, a device for fluid infusion is connected to the catheter, and the holes on the wings of the Luer cannula serve to suture the catheter on the skin in order to immobilize it and reduce the risk of infection of the wound with bacteria from the skin surface.
