Intravenous cannula mop-VascuFlon, 18Gx45, with Teflon (FEP) catheter injection port X-ray contrast - intravenous cannulas are designed to perform peripheral vein catheterization for the purpose of infusion therapy. Sterile, single use. An intravenous cannula with an injection valve makes it easy and quick to administer additional medications.

Purpose: catheterization of peripheral veins

Catheter Material: Teflon

Quality: CE

Sterilization with ethylene oxide.

Shelf life 5 years.

Packing: Individual, blister "Tyvek".

PROPERTIES:
The technique of installing a catheter into a vein is “on the needle”.
Especially for this installation technique, the tip of the catheter has a smooth cone-shaped narrowing, and the guide needle has a special tip geometry (trihedral sharpening with a reverse side cut and special grinding of the needle), which provide optimal conditions for puncture of the vessel.
The reverse blood flow chamber allows you to quickly determine the success of a venipuncture.
Special "wings" allow you to securely fix the catheter on the patient's skin, thereby significantly reducing the risk of mechanical damage to the inner wall of the vessel and the development of mechanical phlebitis.
The thin-walled design of the catheter tube allows maximum infusion rate with a minimum catheter diameter.
Resilient with a very smooth surface Teflon* for standard cases with catheterization within 48 hours (mop-VascuFlon);
Softer and thermoplastic PUR* for difficult veins and longer catheterizations up to 72 hours (mop-VascuPur catheters only).
Injection port for bolus drug administration and catheter flushing.
Latex-free technology for the production of catheters is a guarantee that there is no risk of developing allergic reactions to latex.
The mop-VascuPur and mop-VascuFlon intravenous cannulas do not contain PVC and can be used to administer specific drug groups.
The radiopaque catheter tube provides an additional degree of safety by allowing control of the catheter's distal tip in the event of damage.
Color coded catheter size.
The range of modern catheter materials (Teflon* and PUR*) allows you to individually select the necessary modification depending on the clinical requirements and the condition of the patient's veins.

Dimensions: 14G(2mm)x45, 16G(1.7mm)x45, 17Gx45, 18Gx45, 20Gx32, 22G(0.9mm)x25, 24Gx19, 26G(0.6mm)x19
