Pediatric nasal cannula "Medicare" is used in oxygen therapy: it is used in moderate hypoxia for short-term or long-term supply of low-concentration oxygen.
The cannula is designed for installation in children both in the hospital and at home.
Characteristics of the pediatric nasal cannula:
- the cannula tube is made of polyvinyl chloride;
- the edges of the cannula are smooth, rounded, eliminating the risk of damage to the nasal mucosa;
- nasal teeth are straight, made of thermoplastic material that does not cause discomfort during use;
- the cannula replaces the oxygen mask, provides a uniform supply of oxygen and allows you to monitor the patient's condition;
- nasal catheter during therapy does not interfere with eating, does not interfere with talking;
- easily fixed in the nasal passages of the patient by adjusting the length of the loop.
