Duplex™ technology provides intermittent pneumatic compression. The technology is based on three adjustable air cells and one pre-inflated in the front panel. This combination provides contact from all sides of the shin, and produces a pulsating pneumatic contraction with every step. That is, when the user is standing still, the compression is stable, and during the gait, the air oscillates in the air cells and provides intermittent compression.
