Lumbo-sacral semi-rigid dynamic corset “EVOTEC” is a representative of a new generation of corsets from the Spanish manufacturer Orliman. A distinctive feature is the integration of innovative materials that provide effective compression in the lumbar spine. In the area of greatest load, the corset has a modeled matrix of 4 plastic ribs that adapt to the shape of the lumbar lordosis. The shape of the corset makes it possible to first fasten the corset with the lower straps, and then adjust the most effective degree of compression with the upper straps. The new elastic material prevents scuffs, is very soft, does not stretch at all in the transverse direction, which means that it ensures an even distribution of compression even under intense loads and after repeated washing.
