The orthosis is a rigid plate on the first toe along the inner surface of the toe and a cuff on the middle part of the foot. This form of orthosis allows you to deviate the first toe in the opposite direction, which reduces pain, slows down the progression of toe deformity. The orthosis is used in open shoes, or at home. The orthosis is securely fixed on the leg, does not slip off during sleep, and does not irritate the skin.
