Designed to treat:

  • thermal injury,
  • granulating burn wounds,
  • 1st degree burns
  • burns II-IIIA degree at all stages of the wound process until complete healing,
  • burns IIIB-IV degree before the formation of granulations and their preparation for a skin transplant operation,
  • burn wounds after necrectomy surgery,
  • to protect the transplanted skin from secondary infection, stimulate the growth of skin cells and epithelization of wounds with grafts.

Does not contain antibiotics and pharmaceuticals. Made from antimicrobial sorption cloth impregnated with aluminum hydroxide particles treated with colloidal silver. Has an atraumatic mesh layer.

It has a wound healing effect, provides wound protection from infection, and has a high absorbency. The bandage does not have a toxic effect on the wound and adjacent tissues, promotes continuous cleansing of the wound, stimulates regeneration, and minimizes scarring. There is a pronounced hemostatic effect. Drapes well, removes painlessly and without residue. Does not cause sensitization and allergies with prolonged use.

It has a pronounced local non-specific antiseptic effect. Especially recommended for patients with intolerance to antibiotics and other antimicrobials.

Reduces pain, has a stimulating healing and epithelialization effect.

Effectively acts on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (including strains resistant to antibiotics).

The dressing is applied to the wound with a side with a mesh atraumatic layer. Fixation of the dressing is carried out using a gauze, tubular mesh bandage or fixing patch.

If necessary, the bandage can be cut with scissors along the contour and size of the wound. The frequency of dressings depends on the course of the wound process and the nature of the discharge.

The bandage is disposable.
