An innovative and functional orthosis with a flexible nano MAG magnesium frame. Donjoy OA Nano's flexible magnesium knee frame provides a personalized fit, while advanced Nano MAG technology supports the knee, reduces stress and relieves joint pain. The design of the orthosis has high strength and at the same time light weight - 400 grams. Patients with osteoarthritis of the knee have the opportunity to treat pain and stabilize their knee with this orthosis. The contoured frame provides additional protection for the ligaments and comfort during use. The strap is made in a new design of PVC material. Fixing straps are located inside the frame, which ensures reliable stability of the orthosis and does not cause discomfort. On the inside of the belts, there are removable pads with silicone inserts for a secure fit and prevent slipping. OA Unloading hinge with pads on the inside, which are made of an innovative material.

This technology is based on three points of directional pressure and the ability to adjust one of the side plates using special locks and a key (the plate is located depending on the type of varus / valgus deformity).
Four points of support in the OA Nano
Pivot #1
A rigid, reinforced upper cuff sits forward at the top of the thigh, providing a proximal point of support in the fixation system.
