The orthosis uses a DIII polycentric joint with the ability to adjust the flexion / extension angle using special wedges.
Flexion angle adjustment: 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°
Extension angle adjustment: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°,40° (10° insert fitted as standard).
The polycentric hinge stabilizes the movement of the knee joint, reduces the load on the ligaments and ensures compliance with the anatomical movements of the joint. DIII maximizes anterior/posterior and varus/valgus stabilization of the orthosis.
