An infusion system is a medical product for intravenous administration of various solutions to a patient: drugs, biological fluids, blood components, as well as for parenteral administration of nutrient solutions.
Infusion systems are used when long-term continuous administration of various liquids into the body with high dosing accuracy is required.
- The tube is made of polyvinyl chloride;
- The atraumatic needle with a trihedral point is made of medical steel;
- The air duct consists of a metal needle and an air valve made of polypropylene. The assortment includes systems with a plastic needle (a plastic needle made of polypropylene for a bottle with an infusion solution is combined with an air duct with a filter);
- Drip chamber with filter;
- Roller flow rate regulator;
- Elastic adapter between the tube and the injection needle;
- Type of connection of the tube with the needle: Luer Lok (Luer Lok) / Luer slip (Luer Slip);
- Sterile, non-pyrogenic, non-toxic;
- For single use;
- Individual packing;
- Shelf life 3 years from the date of manufacture indicated on the package.
Dimensions:
- Tube length, not less than 1,450 mm;
- Needle size 0.8mm * 38mm.
Instructions for use:
- Open the individual package, close the flow regulator, remove the protective cap from the needle, insert the needle into the stopper of the vial with the infusion drug, saline or other solution;
- Fill the dropper to half the volume;
- Open the flow regulator and bleed air from the system extension tube. The system is now ready for blood transfusion;
- You can adjust the flow rate using the regulator: 20 drops = 1 ml + 0.1 ml;
- PR systems should be used only by qualified medical professionals in accordance with the rules of operation;
- After use, dispose of in accordance with established regulations.
