Functionality of a medical bed with a mechanically driven toilet :

• Raising the backrest to a sitting position;
• Lowering the leg section below the bed level;

In 10 seconds you can transfer the patient from a lying position to a fully sitting position, with legs lowered ( cardio chair function ) , or raise the backrest or adjust the legs separately. The lower section of the bed lowers to floor level, making it possible to carry out sanitary procedures, eat, read or watch TV. From the cardio chair position, the patient can easily be transferred to a wheelchair or other assistive devices. For greater stability and mobility. In this form, thanks to the wheels, the bed can be moved without changing the patient’s position.

The bed of the bed is divided into sections, the position of which is changed using levers. By turning the lever, the desired angle of inclination of one or another section is set, and fixation occurs automatically. As soon as the lever stops turning, the section stops and is fixed in the selected position. The section under the back is adjustable from 40 degrees to 75 degrees, and the leg section is raised or lowered by 30 degrees.

Side flip function . The bed is divided in half lengthwise. Thanks to this, it is possible to lift half of the bed, rolling the patient onto the second part, helping to turn over. The bed will turn your loved one onto the left or right side for you, which is necessary to change position or to carry out manipulations. The function is activated by a lever, by turning which you can change the position of the desired half of the bed. After the patient has taken the desired position, the section can be lowered or left raised, thus fixing the patient.

All levers, if necessary, after adjusting the desired position of the bed, are hidden, do not interfere with approaching the bed and do not take up additional space. It is enough to break the handle in half as in the photo.

The medical bed MED1-H03 has a built-in sanitary device. Now you don’t need to put a bedpan on, put diapers on a person, or lift your loved one out of bed to move to a separate toilet. With the help of a lever, you can easily open the hole in the center of the bed and a vessel will move up to the hole to relieve itself. In the same way, it easily slides back out and the hole closes.

Also, to maintain the patient’s hygiene, the bed is equipped with a bath for washing hair. It has a convenient drain for water, which will not force you or an assistant to lift the container filled with water. For installation on the bed, a removable section of the mattress is provided, which, if necessary, can be replaced with a bathtub.

The standard equipment of the bed includes reinforced wheels, each with a lock (brake), thanks to them the bed becomes mobile, you can move it to another part of the room, or transport the patient directly on the bed to another room. Reliable brakes secure the bed with a slight movement, making the bed completely stationary. The special coating of the wheels does not scratch the floor surface and leaves no marks.

The side rails are made of metal and equipped with a button for easy folding with one hand. When you press the button, the handrail gently lowers to the level of the bed. In order to raise the handrail, you need to pull it up until there is a characteristic click and the handrail will lock itself.

Additionally, a convenient table is installed on the handrails, which is included in the package. It installs easily with snap latches directly onto the handrail when raised. The table will help in taking food and medications; if necessary, you can place instruments and manipulation devices on it.

The headboard and footboard are made of ABS plastic - they are strong and light at the same time. To perform manipulations with the patient, they can be easily lowered from both sides of the bed in 5 seconds. An easily removable mechanism turns the bed into a gurney, allowing access to the patient from all sides, making it possible to carry out resuscitation.
