Using a mattress when there is electricity
Massage mode:
- Open the box with the anti-bedsore system and check the contents;
- Lay the canvas on the bed and tuck special extensions under the main mattress, this will prevent the canvas from moving during use;
- Connect the tubes to the mattress sheet on one side and the compressor on the other;
- Connect the compressor to the network and press the “On” button, set the second button to the “Massage” position;
- Wait until the compressor pumps air into all cells, even and odd, this will take about 20 minutes;
- Set the pressure adjustment box to the desired patient weight;
- The mattress is ready for use in massage mode.
Static mode:
- To switch to static mode, you need to press the “Static” button;
- Wait until all the cells are filled with air;
- If necessary, adjust the pressure according to the user's weight so that it is not too hard or too soft;
- The mattress is ready for use in static mode;
- To switch to massage mode, move the button to the “Massage” position again.
Using a mattress when there is no power
If you know in advance when the power will be turned off, you should switch the mattress to static mode;
After waiting until the canvas is full, you need to disconnect the stopper and close the plug;
If the power was turned off unexpectedly, and you did not have time to prepare, but want to keep the mattress inflated, you need to do the same, switch the compressor to static mode, disconnect the stopper and close the plug;
In the event of a sudden power outage, the mattress will remain in the state of filling the cells at the time of the shutdown, that is, if some of the cells are filled, the rest will not be filled.
IMPORTANT! In the absence of electricity , but with timely closure and plugs, the mattress retains air for a short time. The mattress will deflate if you do not disconnect the stopper and close the cap.
