FULLFORCE features a low profile, light weight and patented Fource Point hinge mechanism that has inertial deceleration.
The FULLFORCE brace uses the patented Fource Point hinge. Its feature is that the design of the mechanism uses a spring mechanism, which allows you to provide the necessary resistance during a sharp extension of the knee. The mechanism acts as a retarder in the last 25° of extension. The hinge has three even supports with the ability to turn off the support, if necessary. As standard, the hinge already has an extension resistance of 10°, which can be increased up to 25°.

Pivot #1
Rigid reinforced lower cuff, pointing backwards, provides distal support in the fixation system.
Pivot #2
A rigid, reinforced upper cuff sits forward at the top of the thigh, providing a proximal point of support in the fixation system.
Pivot #3
Textile belt on the back of the lower thigh, pushes the femur forward.

Straps placed on the front of the calf provide active, constant rearward pressure to prevent the calf from moving forward.
